Mr. Hadiyawarman, a PhD candidate in Prof. Tanaka's lab of Department of Human Intelligence Systems, Graduate School of Life Science and Systems Engineering (LSSE), won the Student Award at the joint international conferences, ICSPM-14 & ICSPM26※.
He is a third-year PhD student of Graduate School of LSSE and presented on his research of “Neuromorphic behavior of the aggregation of Ag-Ag2S nanoparticles” at the conference. There are more than 703 participants from 34 countries including top-most universities. His paper won the Student Award among many posters accepted. This is the first report on material scinece based neuromophic device work that simple nanoparticle aggregation showed the neuromorphic behavior and the achievement will be utilized to develop the artificial intelligence hardware.
